JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordination and administration of activities to support the team and clients Support the implementation and maintenance of a standard training across all sites. Proof reading, editing, documentation review as required Coordinate and liaise with internal and external resources or clients Work with country contacts to obtain information or requests as required to meet deadlines. Researching and compiling reports and presentations Providing support to individual executives and management team members. Responsible for researching, compiling and maintaining special reports, presentations, contact details, organisation charts, etc. Responsible for different communication tasks., ensuring information is cascaded to internal teams and client as required Produce and update Excel spread sheets, manage databases and document management systems. Arranging business critical internal/external events. Managing administration activity on behalf of individual executives and/or Management team members, including organising meetings, meeting facilities and take care of the follow-up activities (e.g. distributes meeting minutes and presentation materials). Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, schedules and processes expenses. Project management for internal IT projects. Developing and delivering training on a one to one and group basis for internal and external clients, and maintaining a register of training needs and records. Facilitating client calls. Managing process and ensuring compliance within our account and our clients. Development of new process and tools for the account. Dealing with enquiries from clients. JOB DESCRIPTION: To perform diagnostics and repairs to computers/mobile handsets above the standard required. Eliminate blacklisting, SIM card or network problems to ensure fault lies with the handset or accessories Perform functionality checks in order to eliminate user error Ascertain the warranty status of a handset in order to eliminate damaged equipment Perform a functional test of the handset using RF test equipment and PC in order to ascertain the nature of the defect/s (where applicable) Perform mechanical/cosmetic repair to handsets in order to remedy diagnosed fault Reflow circuit board components to effect repairs Perform component repair in order to effect repairs Perform the replacement of complex components in order to effect repairs Perform in depth fault analysis in order to effect repairs Repair to manufacturers guidelines in order to effect repairs Support Product Support team and level 2 Engineers as and when necessary, in order to enhance the skill base of the workshop Carry out soldering work where required in order to effect repairs Achieve agreed targets as specified in order to meet the requirements of the business Perform in-depth electronic fault-finding techniques Ability to read and understand electronic schematics Travel to clients site to perform repair PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Computer/Mobile Device repairer in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in English A Team player as well as has ability to work independently using own initiative.
